The deal

3 o'Clock is a personal-gifting platform. You compose surprises, we deliver them by SMS at the times you choose.

Your responsibilities

• You are who you say you are, and you have a personal relationship with each recipient you add.
• You will not use the platform to harass, threaten, deceive or impersonate anyone.
• You will respect every opt-out request immediately.

Content

You retain ownership of everything you write. By submitting content you grant us a limited license to store, process and deliver it as part of providing the service.

Payment & refunds

Plans are billed up front. If something goes wrong on our side, contact support@3oclock.app and we'll make it right.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. You can close your account at any time from Settings.
