3 o'Clock helps senders schedule and deliver personal surprises to people they love. This page describes what we collect, why, and how to control it.

What we collect

• Account data — email, display name, language and timezone.
• Gift data — recipient name, nickname, phone number, occasion, and the content of each surprise.
• Delivery logs — message identifiers and delivery status, retained for support and compliance.
• Usage analytics — aggregated, non-identifying events used to improve the product.

How we use it

We use this data exclusively to create, schedule and deliver your gifts, to provide customer support, and to keep the platform safe. We do not sell personal data.

Recipient consent & SMS opt-out

By providing a recipient's phone number you confirm you have a personal relationship with that person and reasonably believe they want to hear from you. Every SMS includes a way to opt out — recipients can reply STOP at any time to permanently stop messages, or START to resume.

Data retention

Gift content is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@3oclock.app.
